In The Past Nowadays Cuisine Characteristics The Influence of Algiers the Capital Famous Dishes Photos of Dishes and Bread Most of the food is spicy. The use of spice is something normal there.So most of the dishes are coloured red because of the use of red pepper and concentrated tomato.
